Guests will be welcomed with several tasters including Lamb Kofta Lollipops, Red Lentil Cakes with onion and garlic, Salmon Kibbe Naye, and Kalamata Shrimp Salad with capers, shallots, fresh herbs and watermelon radishes.

The dinner will feature Sea Scallop Crudo; Jidori Chicken Meatballs in a savory broth with rice and spices; Chermoula spiced-rubbed Salmon served over lentil rice, pickled onion, shaved fennel & lebni; Lamb Shoulder; and Banana Brulee with caramelized bananas & custard in a salted cardamom butter crust topped with vanilla bean whipped cream & caramel sauce for dessert. This is the 3rd time Karamardian has accepted the invitation to prepare dinner in the kitchen of the James Beard House, which is situated in a famous Greenwich Village brownstone.
