The book is a poetic memoir of his struggle with Schizoid personality Disorder, and his journey to reclaim parts of himself which are either damaged, missing, or never existed at all.
Vaultonburg is an actor who has appeared in zombie films, written the screenplay of the movie Dead Drunk, and is also a stand up comedian and member of the comedy troupe The Leaders of Something Horrible. He has run twice unsuccessfully for Winnebago Coroner as America's first and only Zombie Party (Z) candidate.
Working with Houston artist Jenny Mathews, of Tiny Drawings, Vaultonburg will be publishing a childrens' book titled The Toughskin Rhinoceros Wrangler Company in June, 2012.
Vaultonburg's other books of poetry are Concave Buddha (1991), Detached Retinas (1997), and Flesh Wounds (2011). he has published over 200 poems in an array of literary periodicals from Exquisites Corpse to The Paris Review.
