Zimmermann International Group, one of the leading international commodity and financial service trading firms, announces full enhancements of its global management division with the forthcoming appointment of Mr. Richard Cage as Global Head for Finance Department and Mr. Xian Curtis as Non-Executive Board Director. As the new Head for Finance department, he is accountable for Zimmermann International Group's finance, international business administration and corporate development projects. Richard Cage spent nearly 9 years of service at Arbenz + Partner AG's Finance Department, in which during the last and final two years of his tenure, he was responsible for the evaluation of both marketing risks and credit in the treasury department of Arbenz + Partner. He was then positioned as Deputy Head for Risk and Analysis and Monitoring. Prior to serving Arbenz + Partner, he also spent five years as Chief Operating Officer at a gold manufacturing company. Cage is a registered Associate Chartered Management Accountant.

On the other hand, Mr. Xian Curtis, the newly appointed Non-Executive Board Director, will be responsible in the advisory capacity focusing on particular important issues while adding new profundity to the Board. For the last eight years, Xian Curtis has been serving one of the most successful commodity and brokerage firms as Financial Officer for its international branch offices. Recently, Curtis helped establish and manage a joint business venture between the Cayman Islands and the firm's financial products.
