Z'tejas Announces First Lent Menu
New Line-Up of Fish Items Available Fridays During Lenten Season.
- Orange County, CA (1888PressRelease) February 22, 2012 - The estimated 1,280,000 Catholics in Orange County know all too well the custom of eating fish on Fridays during lent. With this in mind, Z'Tejas Southwestern Grill at South Coast Plaza will, for the first time, introduce lunch and dinner menus featuring various fish dishes that will be available during the Lenten season.
Items on the lunch menu will include a Grilled Fresh Fish with Mango Cucumber Salsa, Tilapia Vera Cruz Skillet Tacos and a Creole Catfish served atop a Jalapeno Cheddar Corn Cake. Dinner choices include Paprika Garlic Glazed Mahi-Mahi, Pomegranate Glazed Fish with Grilled Peach Salsa and a Pan Seared Tilapia. Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, Feb 22 and ends on Holy Saturday, April 7.
