Tracy Perkins has invited author Deandrea Green to sign her debut book at the Grand Opening of "Harmony Lane Kids Boutique."

Author will sign books from 1p-2p. There will be face painters and other activities for the children. Entrepreneur Tracy Perkins invited author Deandrea Green to sign her debut children's book which is about a little girl who wants to learn to skate. For many reasons her mother has not gotten around to teaching her, today the reason is the weather. Mom finally comes up with a solution to both their problems. She finds a way to teach her daughter to skate even on a rainy day.
Deandrea is a New Orleanian through and through and her platform is Michelle Obama's Let's Move campaign. She will be coming out soon with a New Orleans twist to Let'sMove.
