XTRF Presents Redesigned Client Portal
XTRF have redesigned their built-in portal for customers. The portal's on-line area now allows clients to place and receive quotes, download or upload files, and check the status of their projects and payments. One of the new functions is the facility to customize business reports for clients.

After logging in to an individual account the client can update data, place or accept a quote, upload and download project files, copy invoices and check the status of his or her payments. Just a few clicks can initiate all these actions; what is more, all data gathered in the partner zone are available remotely. A further feature is that portal users have access to dedicated business reports.
Since the partner zone is now linked to the main XTRF system, data and files between the systems can be exchanged automatically. For example, a project manager's quote can automatically appear in the client portal. This allows for quicker task performance, and increases the efficiency of translation agency employees.
