(1888PressRelease) September 05, 2011 - XEAL Tech Mining is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Lee Shen to the Company as a Non-Executive Advisor. It is anticipated that Mr Shen's extensive experience in both mining and finance will greatly contribute to the company's immediate activities and its long-term development.

His commercial and corporate rigour and international connections will cement the Company's strong start and will assist XEAL Tech Mining to reach its corporate aspirations."

Subject to shareholder approval, Mr. Lee Shen will be issued 20,000 options with an exercise price equal to a 20% premium to the 30 day volume-weighted average price pending official listing. The Options must be exercised before 31 August 2015 and are subject to performance milestones.
