Metal guitarist Xander Demos has won the August New Artist Artist Showcase competition on GuitarShopTV.com. He will be featured in an upcoming interview on the site. End Quote

The showcase began on August 1 and lasted the entire month, with the winner being selected by fan votes. Only one vote per email address was allowed. Xander's live performance of "Right Angles" from his April show opening for Buckethead was selected as the winner, out of 6 finalists. Xander will be featured in an upcoming interview on the site.
