X-Rite holds webinars to help pressroom personnel understand ISO and M factor standards when measuring colors of papers and inks affected by optical brightening agents (OBAs).

The same webinar "New Color Management Standards in 2012 - How Will You Be Impacted?" will held at 11:30 a.m. (EST) on both days to fit the schedule of interested participants. The webinar will consist of a presentation by Ray Cheydleur from X-Rite, followed by a question-and-answer session to address how the presence of optical brightening agents (OBAs) affect color measurement. As chair of the ANSI-accredited Committee for Graphic Arts Technologies Standards and a member of the U.S. delegation to the International Organization for Standardization on graphic arts and photographic standards, Cheydleur is an expert on the topic of the new M conditions of measurement.
Anyone who registers for the webinar can receive a white paper on measurement standards written by Cheydleur that will help clarify the issues with this sometimes confusing topic.
