WTNR Radio Elevates DJ Killroy
DJ Killroy's Wake n Bake Moves to Wednesday Mornings on WTNR Radio for the Remainder of 2010.
- New York, NY (1888PressRelease) November 05, 2010 - In response to popular demand, DJ Killroy's acclaimed offering, dubbed "Wake n Bake", has moved to the weekly Wednesday timeslot on We Take No Requests Radio (WTNR Radio). Killroy's heralded move will begin with a special broadcast of his eclectic mix of jazz, hip hop and bass music on Wednesday November 10th at 6AM WorldTime.
A relative station newcomer, Colorado's DJ Killroy says that he's excited about exposing his show to a wider audience at the new morning timeslot. On his Wake n' Bake show no one genre is overrepresented. His weekly broadcast of interesting music selections have garnered an increasing fan base since his arrival at the end of WTNR Radio's 2010 summer season.
"Wake and Bake is a very original and eclectic show and would sit perfectly at the top of the current Wednesday lineup featuring the similarly eclectic, The Windup; the mixed bag talk show Ese Rules!; the also new, but uptempo offering from DJ MOTA, FREE MOTA; and KB's abstractsounds, a station staple, known for its true fusion of mellow euphony" said Ali Matlock, WTNR Radio station manager.
As a result of the update, here is the new weekly Wednesday schedule on WTNR Radio:
6AM to 10AM
DJ Killroy - Wake n Bake
10AM to 2PM
Ecto - The Windup
2PM to 6PM
Ese - Ese Rules!
6PM to 10PM
MOTA MAN - FREE MOTA
10PM to 6AM
KB - abstractsounds
This Wednesday schedule will run throughout the remainder of 2010 and into the Winter 2011 season.
