Mr. Sykes has built a successful career as an information technology leader and consultant implementing innovative high-tech strategies and solutions in a wide range of industry verticals to improve processes and increase overall business and computing efficiency.

He also served as Vice President and CIO at Dynamics Research Corp. in charge of all core IT services and critical business applications. Most recently, Mr. Sykes' was the CEO of RDS Systems Associates, a systems management and technology advisory consulting firm.
