Woman to Woman, a Women's Health practice operated by Karen Lee, A.R.N.P., has decided to transition from its previously used EMR system to the Waiting Room Solutions Women's Health EMR system and to create a stronger communication with patients.

Karen Lee, A.R.N.P., a nurse practitioner with 35 years of clinical experience, founded Woman to Woman seven years ago in Mt. Vernon, WA. Lee is the practice's sole provider, and she sees approximately twelve patients a day, five days a week. Woman to Woman focuses on women's health issues, with a specialty in gynecology. Lee will then use a keyboard, transcription (see picture), and the WRS templates to chart in her workstation in the future, simplifying the charting process. In the past Lee confirmed appointments via phone, but the WRS confirmation system will immediately send emails to patients when their appointments are made, and then send another email and an automated phone reminder 24 hours before their visits.
