Winner Announcement - '2011 Suggest a Slogan for Guam'
Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB) announced today the winner for their 2011 campaign. The campaign started on March 15th 2011 and ended on June 15th 2011.
- (1888PressRelease) August 26, 2011 - The long-running competition aims to maximize opportunities for travellers from all across China to enjoy high-class/high-end/luxury vacation spots. This campaign was held in appreciation to the Chinese tourists who has been supporting Guam. Through this opportunity GVB hopes to develop high-end travel opportunities that smooth the Chinese taste.
"Congratulations Yifan Guo, you have won the Suggest a Slogan for Guam." said Mr. Gerald SA Perez, the General Manager of Guam Tourism Bureau. He also added "This is our second time to hold online campaigns in China. I am very grateful to people who have participated in the activities. The event has acquired many interests toward Guam. Many China based tourists interacted with us online and expressed their desire to visit Guam, which gave positive influence to GVB. "
The excited first prize winner shared his excitement when a short speech. "I am quite honoured and very excited to win this prize! With a few clicks, and selecting a picture then writing a word related to Guam. I got a price. "The Lucky first prize winner ends his speech with "I hope that GVB would organize more events as such in the soon future. And I will enjoy this free tour with my beloved partner."
