William “Bill” Nantz is an Accounting Professor at Houston Community. He has over 25 years of experience in litigation, accounting and financial forensics, contract negotiation, business structuring, tax matters, and CPA licensure. He handles litigation for corporations and individuals including litigating business disputes, commercial cases and personal injury claims. He is experienced as an auditor, controller and CFO; and provides expert testimony on financial forensics, accounting and related matters. He provides consulting, litigation, and expert testimony services with an emphasis on ethical reasoning and regulatory compliance. Having represented diverse corporate and individual clients in state and federal courts, Bill offers experience, knowledge and integrity that fit the needs of each client’s business interest and financial success.
