Wildlife Resorts Acquisition by Panoramic Universal Limited
Panoramic Universal Limited (PUL) has recently acquired resorts near Pench and Kanha National Park. It is followed by their acquisitions of resorts in Kaziranga, Kodiakanal and Ooty.
- (1888PressRelease) July 03, 2012 - Sudhir Moravekar led Panoramic Universal Limited has acquired two more resorts under their brand flagship of United-21. They have been in to hospitality sector for more than a decade but it is their first foot print in wildlife resorts. The two acquisitions have been near Pench and Kanha National Park.
United-21 Jungle resort is a luxury resort near the exotic Pench Tiger Reserve. The only reason which one could imagine Panoramic Universal Limited is acquiring Wildlife resorts is because the amount of interest common people is taking to explore the nature. Pench National Park always has been one of the most visited National Parks by people who loves to see Tiger in the Wild. Viewing other animals like Leopard and Panther are a rare phenomenon. United-21 Tiger Habitat Kanha is another wildlife resort and is situated in Mandla district in MP state. Kanha National Park is famous for Bengal tigers, Spotted Deer, Hyena and Chounsingha. Safaris to these National Parks are also available at these resorts.
For Tiger Safari, Kanha National Park is divided in to four zones and every zone has its own gate fee. Everyone is required to register themselves before undertaking such Safaris. Panoramic Universal Limited has been right on target when it comes to acquiring hotels and resorts. Sudhir Moravekar has been playing a pivotal role in leading his company to acquire more and more resorts. Apart from their properties in United States of America and New Zealand, their number of properties in India has been increasing over the months.
With acquisition of Kaziranga Resort at the start of the year they had followed with acquisitions of properties in Kodaikanal and Ooty. Now after acquiring these two wildlife resorts they have acquired five resorts in the last six months. One can expect more and more such acquisition from PUL in coming months.
