Wild Florida Announces Two New Additions to the Wild Florida Wildlife Park
Wild Florida is excited to announce the birth of two new animals; a baby Zebra and a baby Watusi.

Wild Florida is home to over 100 native and exotic animals and they are excited to have two new additions to the family; one baby chapman zebra and one baby watusi.
Chapman zebras are a subspecies of the plains zebra. Chapman zebras are distinguished by stripes on the lower halves of their legs. Full grown males can reach up to 800 pounds and females can weigh up to 700 pounds.
Watusi, also known as the Ankole Longhorn, is a breed of cattle originally native to Africa. It has large, distinctive horns that can reach up to 8 feet wide from tip to tip. A full grown watusi can weigh up to 1,600 pounds.
"We are very lucky to have healthy animals at our wild life park," says Sam Haught, co-owner of Wild Florida. "The chapman zebra and watusi are beautiful creatures that add to the amazing experience at our park."
