Wheaton Capital appoints Debbie Wong as Chief Country Officer for Singapore
Wheaton Capital today announced the appointment of Debbie Wong as Chief Country Officer for Singapore effective immediately. She takes over from Oliver Leung who retired from the firm at the end of June.

Debbie Wong's appointment is the ninth new Chief Country Officer appointment in the last three years for Wheaton Capital, including in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, China, Australia & New Zealand, Japan and India as the firm invests further in building its substantial Asia Pacific client base.
Debbie Wong joins Wheaton Capital from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China where she was Head of Corporate and Investment Banking. She has extensive senior management experience across the banking sector with functions including her role as Bank of China Senior Credit Officer in Singapore.
Ms. Wong holds a MBA in Mechanical Engineering from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
