Portland-Vancouver, OR-WA (1888PressRelease) February 27, 2019 - West Coast Self-Storage Group announced today that their newest self-storage facility, West Coast Self-Storage 17th & McLoughlin, will open next month. The facility will be located at 4970 SE 16th Ave, which is at the crossroads of SE 17th Ave and SE McLoughlin Blvd (Hwy 99E) in Southeast Portland, Oregon.

Mildren Design of Tigard, Oregon designed the self-storage facility, which features 703 units totaling 64,775 sq. ft. of rentable storage space. The facility will offer heated storage units in a range of sizes from units as small as 5 ft. x 5 ft., to larger units up to 10 ft. x 30 ft. Additional amenities include advanced security measures, a covered loading/unloading area, and a retail moving supplies store offering boxes and packing materials. The facility is also scheduled to be a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, meaning it will have moving trucks available to reserve. Access hours will be 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. Office hours will be 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Saturday and 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Sunday.

West Coast Self-Storage Group developed the property and will also be managing the storage operation for the ownership group, NWB/CSPP McLoughlin, LLC.
