West Coast Self-Storage Opens Facility in DuPont, Washington

Olympia, WA (1888PressRelease) August 24, 2019 - West Coast Self-Storage Group announced today their newest self-storage facility, West Coast Self-Storage DuPont, is now open. The facility is located at 1585 McNeil Street at the corner of McNeil St and Center Drive in DuPont, Washington.

Stephen Bourne of Seattle-based Site + Plan + Mix LLC designed the building, which houses the self-storage facility as well as an Ace Hardware that opened in July. The storage operation features 568 units totaling 56,450 sq. ft. of rentable storage space.

West Coast Self-Storage DuPont offers both indoor heated storage units and non-heated drive-up access storage units in a range of sizes from small units of 5 ft x 5 ft to large units up to 10 ft x 30 ft. Amenities include advanced security measures such as 24-hour video surveillance, a covered loading/unloading area, and a retail moving supplies store offering boxes and packing materials. The facility also has a moving truck for rent. Access hours are 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. Office hours are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Saturday and 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Sunday.

The self-storage facility is owned by WCSS DuPont WA LLC and was built by Issaquah, WA-based JPR Construction. Drew Bowlds of Bowlds Real Estate Development Group, was the developer on the project and West Coast Self-Storage Group is managing the storage operation for the ownership group.
