Wenzhou Zenbo to Display Full-Range of Gift Bag Manufacturing Equipment at SinoFoldingCarton 2011
A prime event on the folding carton industry's trade event calendar, SinoFoldingCarton 2011 will take place from July 6 to July 8 at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing.

At SinoFoldingCarton 2011, Wenzhou Zenbo will exhibit its new gift bag base-gluing machine - the ZB-50B - to local and international visitors. This piece of paper bag processing equipment sprays glue, glues bases, folds bags and presses them i.e. it can perform all the major production functions.
The ZB-50B bottom-gluing machine is operated via touchscreen. It also has four hot-melt spray guns so users can adjust the glue thickness and gluing position according to their requirements. It can be used across a full-range of paper materials including Kraft paper, coated paper, coated white paper, white carton board and molded paper. With its high precision and speed, the ZB50B can produce bags to fit a wide range of specifications.
Wenzhou Zenbo will also present automatic paper bag making machines at the event. The ZB960C type has a series of functions that are wholly automated. These include paper sheet feeding, paper delivery via a delivery platform, line alignment through front and side guides, vertical line die-cutting, automatic gluing (through a water-soluble glue box), tube folding, positioning, horizontal line die-cutting, bag bottom folding, bag bottom gluing, pressing and, finally, finished bag output.
The ZB960C paper bag making machine can also be used for Kraft paper, coated paper, coated white paper, white carton board and molded paper. Its high precision and speed makes it ideal for the manufacture of luxury gift bags for export.
