  • (1888PressRelease) February 07, 2014 - Custommerce Service Excellence Foundation, a not-for-profit organization striving to create a customer experience driven, globally competitive, Indian economy today inaugurated the 10th edition of the Custommerce National Convention 2014. 'ICONOMICS' is the theme for the 2-day (January 23 - 24, 2014) convention being held in the city.

    The 10th edition of the Custommerce National Convention 2014 is being spearheaded by Mr. Rajeev Bakshi, Managing Director, METRO Cash and Carry India; Mr. Binny Bansal, COO and Co-founder, Flipkart; Ms. Jessie Paul, CEO, Paul Writer; Mr. Aniruddha Limaye, Director, Great Places To Work Institute; Mr. Rajiv Khandelwal, Executive Director, Aajeevika Bureau; and Mr. Sidney Yuen, Chairman, Contact Center Association - APAC.

    ICONOMICS, a word specially created for the occasion is all about learning from ICONS who have redefined the way they do business, through customer service and customer experience and effect the economics of nations.
