WELBECK GROUP Renews London Scottish Sponsorship
The Welbeck Group, one of the UK's fastest growing providers of financial services, has re-signed a twelve month sponsorship deal with National 1 rugby club, London Scottish, which takes the company's association with the club to five years.

Under the terms of the sponsorship deal the Welbeck Group will be prominent on all club literature, playing and replica jerseys, ground hoardings and in the clubhouse. The deal also sees the Welbeck Group offering London Scottish players, members and supporters specialist financial advice. About London Scottish
London Scottish Football Club was founded on Wednesday 10th April 1878 at Mackay's Tavern in Ludgate Hill. The playing strip has been blue shirts with a red Lion, white shorts and red Socks for more than 130 years. Since the club was formed it has produced in the region of 220 Scottish Internationals and four Lions captains. In 1987 the national league structure was formed and in 1996 the game turned professional. A promising start to the professional era unfortunately ended in insolvency so the original amateur club rejoined the leagues but was effectively demoted 9 leagues by the RFU. Subsequently the club has gained 6 promotions in 9 years and now plays in National League 1 where it anticipates enjoying another very successful season.
