Wegmans Signs Lease to Come to Montgomery Mall
Heralded Supermarket to Take up to 140,000 Square Feet.

(NYSE:SPG), the country's largest owner, developer and manager of high quality retail real estate, announced today that it has entered into a ground lease with Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. to bring one of the company's top supermarkets to Montgomery Mall in North Wales, Pa.
The new Wegmans store will have, as its approximate footprint, the former Boscov's space and be up to 140,000-square-feet. Significantly, it will be the first Wegmans store at a Simon property.

Montgomery Mall is a 1,154,000 square-foot, super-regional mall anchored by Macy's, JCPenney, Sears, and Dick's Sporting Goods.
