WeDesign collaborates on a project for Dhole Patil Education Society
WeDesign recently collaborated on a significant project for Dhole Patil Education. SocietyDhole Patil Education Society, established in 2008, is now a prestigious name in Maharashtra when it comes to educational institutes.
- (1888PressRelease) March 30, 2018 - The WeDesign team received the project on the second week of November 2017. The project eventually fell into place after finalization of concepts. Sagar Dhole Patil, the Chairman of DPES, was building a new school located at a prime location in Kharadi, for the preprimary section. The school is named Dhole Patil Pre-primary School of Excellence. To spread the word for this new establishment, WeDesign was designated to create attractive brochures, pamphlets, leaflets, emailers, standees, hoardings, and LED spreads. The project was spread across a span of 8 weeks.
Our graphic designers, Tanvi and Samruddhi, were deeply involved in the project from the beginning right from ideation to the final output. There were moments when Mr. Dhole Patil visited WeDesign’s office to discuss a few improvisations. Occasionally, he kept the designers in good spirits with interesting anecdotes. He said that he was delighted with the work since he held this project close to his heart. The designs were finalized and immediately sent for execution. There were moments when the work got stressful since we were aiming for perfection in the way each design element was incorporated.
Towards the second week of December, the first batches of flyers were printed and were put along with the local newspapers. By the third week, the OOH designs were put up on the hoardings in Dhole Patil, Hadapsar and Kharadi areas. It was a proud moment for the company to watch the work come to fruition. Meanwhile, the team was working on the final changes for the brochures and new hoardings that were announced in the middle of the project. Tanvi and Samruddhi promptly handled the new assignment with diligence and patience. They gave in inputs that immediately met the approval of the client. Soon enough, the final hoarding designs were executed along with standees that were set up in strategic locations. The brochure and the pamphlet were executed towards the end.
WeDesign received the samples of their work including images of the hoardings that were established in various places in Pune. It was a massive achievement for the team since they had been involved in the project from the scratch.
‘It was the first time we were involved in a big project like this. It was a good experience and an exposure since DPES is a well-known name. It was a grand moment,’ the team stated.
The Dhole Patil Pre-primary School of Excellence has scheduled its admission procedures by April 2018. The DPES brochures have been printed by the bulk and look wonderful.
