Websignia Celebrates Move-in at Berger's Military Park Building
Award Winning Digital Marketing Agency Relocates HQ to Newark from North Plainfield, N.J.

The Berger Organization owns the 250,000-square-foot, 21-story office tower, which sits in the heart of Newark's central business district. websignia, whose clients include Cartoon Network, Hachette Book Group, Rutgers University, 9/11 Memorial and hundreds more, relocated from North Plainfield, N.J., to a 1,400-square-foot space on the building's fourth floor.

Tenants at the Military Park Building enjoy on-site tenant parking; a fitness center; conference facilities; onsite ownership and management; and commanding views of the surrounding city, New York skyline and Military Park. Additionally, the 85-year-old historic property offers easy access to Newark Liberty International Airport and major thoroughfares. It is within walking distance to the New Jersey Performing Arts Center and Penn Station, which provides 20-minute NJ Transit and PATH service to midtown and downtown Manhattan.
Currently, the Military Park Building is 86 percent occupied, with contiguous availabilities from 1,000 to 15,000 square feet.
