UK-based webCRM (www.webcrm.com)has introduced access specifically designed for all mobile phones, including iPhone, Android and BlackBerry devices, as well as Tablet PCs and iPads.
The company's web-based CRM system is already used widely by clients via laptops, tablet PCs and on the iPad . Now they can access directly on their mobile phones.
Users can access detailed information and work solidly through their activities, sales opportunities and projects while on the move. They can also download documents such as quotations and send emails and access reports.
