We Olive & Wine Bar is a unique culinary experience, featuring California's finest, artisan extra virgin olive oil; local, limited production wines; and delicious, simply prepared healthful foods. We Olive & Wine Bar combines a retail gourmet food environment with an educational, tasting-oriented wine bar, all enjoyed in an authentic, casually elegant atmosphere.
This December, We Olive & Wine Bar will open in the heart of downtown San Juan Capistrano, bringing a culinary shopping and tasting experience second to none. The We Olive retail boutique will open just in time for the holidays, with gifts that include artisan extra virgin olive oils, hand-crafted tapenades, mustards, pesto, balsamic vinegars, body and skin care products, as well as custom gift collections. In addition, We Olive offers a selection of kitchen accessories, serving dishes, olive wood, ceramics, and decorative fixtures.
We Olive & Wine Bar will be introduced to San Juan Capistrano by owners and fellow residents, Chris and Kimberly Middleton. Marrying their professional skills in branding, marketing and sales with their passion for healthy living, socializing and serving, Chris and Kimberly look forward to bringing the finest olive oils, food products and limited-production wines to the beautiful historic community of San Juan Capistrano.
After the New Year, We Olive & Wine Bar will roll out the second phase of its shop with the grand opening of the wine bar. In addition to fresh, delicious and healthful foods, We Olive offers small production artisan wines, available by the taste or glass to enjoy in the bar, or by the bottle, available to take home or gift.
