Appoints Rajinder Singh Chadha as Chairman and Managing Director Manpreet Singh Chadha as the Vice Chairman at Wave Group with effect from December, 2012.

The appointed management will spearhead the overall growth and expansion of Wave Group across its vast portfolio of sugar manufacturing, distilleries, paper manufacturing, real estate, multiplexes, education and retail management.
Mr. Rajinder Singh Chadha has over 26 years of expertise in the business. He embarked his journey into business by operating a transport company at Delhi and Moradabad while pursuing his higher education. At a nascent age he established the Paper Mill, the success of which is contributed to his arduous hard work and commitment. At present, he administers the Sugar Manufacturing, Entertainment, Paper and other businesses under the Wave umbrella. An architect of Wave's growth story and a veteran across business portfolios of the group, Mr. Rajinder Singh Chadha is particularly responsible for the group's back office, entire finance and accounting.

Mr. Manpreet Singh Chadha, joined his father in the business with a flair to excel and a vision to achieve new heights. At the age of 19, he managed the execution of technological upgradation of Wave's Sugar plant at Dhanaura, resulting in better outputs and increased turnover. Since then he has been leading the successful operations and launches of Wave group's retail and entertainment business- Centrestage Mall, Westend Mall, Wave Cinemas & Wave Infratech that comprises of commercial & residential real estate.
