The name of the firm will be made public at a later date subject to the satisfaction or waiver of all closing conditions related to the partnership, the firm expects the transaction to close next quarter.
The strategic partnership forms a part of Warusawa Associates' strategy to broaden its presence and dedicated client offering in the Asia-Pacific region, which is a key component of the company’s global platform. It also further underlines Warusawa Associates' commitment to continually strengthen its distribution network across the region, meeting the growing needs of international investors in accessing the long-term potential of the Japanese capital markets.
The firm already has a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific Region and a strong track record of originating and executing a number of high-profile financings across its growing initiatives. Warusawa Associates also recently acquired a group of alternative asset management investments, to bolster its offering and market expertise outside Japan.
