Walton Motivation Brings Recognition to the Valley
Walton Motivation brings recognition to the work force of the Lehigh Valley. This Spring, Walton Motivation, a company designed to help managers recognize, reward and retain employees, invited New York Times bestselling author and motivational speaker Bob Nelson to address ten of the area's leading businesses, and offered them a trial experience on their new software solution.
- Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton, PA (1888PressRelease) April 29, 2011 - Hosted by Walton Motivation, Inc. at the Lehigh Country Club, world-renown employee motivation expert Dr. Bob Nelson recently spoke to the top HR executives from ten of the Lehigh Valley's largest organizations. Nelson, who has teamed with Walton Motivation to build a revolutionary web application centered on employee recognition, shared his thoughts on motivating the Millennial work force, improving employee retention and employee engagement practices during this exclusive luncheon.
Dr. Nelson, a NY Times best-selling author, stressed that despite the fast approaching mass retirement of baby-boomers and the negative financial impact that will come with it, the future is not completely bleak for businesses. Rather, Nelson countered that, "Organizations, by understanding and harnessing Millennials' unique positive attributes, will reach levels never before experienced."
Every company in attendance was offered a unique opportunity to partner with Walton Motivation during the final development phase of their web application. During the user interface testing period, which will occur this summer, Walton Motivation will ensure the application meets organizations' specific needs.
"We are excited to partner with and gather insight from such a talented group of people," said David Olson, managing partner of Walton Motivation, "and we look forward to offering a product that is streamlined to meet the needs of these quality companies. Addressing employee recognition and engagement will have a direct and positive effect on an organization's bottom line."
Before returning to his home in Southern California, Nelson remarked to all those in attendance, "I'm looking forward to seeing very happy employees in the Lehigh Valley in the near future. My partners at Walton Motivation and I want to ensure that employees feel valued for their contributions, and are motivated to invest their energy in making the businesses of the Lehigh Valley thrive."
