Nelson, who has teamed with Walton Motivation to build a revolutionary web application centered on employee recognition, shared his thoughts on motivating the Millennial work force, improving employee retention and employee engagement practices during this exclusive luncheon.
Dr. Nelson, a NY Times best-selling author, stressed that despite the fast approaching mass retirement of baby-boomers and the negative financial impact that will come with it, the future is not completely bleak for businesses.
