Walters Homes to Host Grand Opening of Stafford Preserve

Monmouth-Ocean, NJ (1888PressRelease) September 14, 2012 - Walters Homes' grand opening event on Saturday, Sept. 22, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. is an opportunity for the public to tour the new luxury apartment community and two models at Stafford Preserve Apartments. The event will be held at the clubhouse of Stafford Preserve, located at 101 Campbell Blvd., just off Exit 63 of the Garden State Parkway.

The open house will feature several raffles, giveaways, and light refreshments. Walters Group leasing specialists will be on hand to answer questions and to tour the models. Local Costco and ShopRite representatives will be on hand. Additionally, members of the Stafford Township Police Department will conduct a child identification program. Children can also enjoy a bounce house.

The first three buildings of Stafford Preserve, comprised of 36 eco-friendly apartment homes, are available for immediate occupancy. When completed, the community will feature 216 luxury units in 18 three-story buildings. The spacious garden-style apartments offer one- and two-bedroom single-level apartments, some with lofts as well as two-bedroom townhomes. Floor plans feature stylish island kitchens, hardwood floors, and master suites with walk-in closets. Also, apartment homes include a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, window coverings and ceiling fans in the master bedroom.

The striking exterior design and exquisite landscaping complement the community's long list of amenities. Residents have exclusive access to a variety of onsite services and facilities, including a community clubhouse with state-of the-art fitness center, outdoor pool, children's video game room, tot-lot playground, tennis and basketball courts, picnic pavilion, walking trail and barbeque area. Additionally, six parking garages with direct access to the buildings are available to rent. The once-a-year amenity fee is $400 at move in, and the fee is reduced at renewal time.

During the event the application fee will be discounted by 50%. Applications are currently being accepted to secure a move-in through January 2013. Stafford Preserve's leasing center is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
