Walters Group Receives NJAA Garden State Award of Excellence
Stafford Preserve Wins Property Management Award.
- Ocean City, NJ (1888PressRelease) November 22, 2013 - The New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) honored Walters Group with a prestigious award for Stafford Preserve at the 20th Annual Garden State Awards ceremony.
Stafford Preserve, a luxury apartment-rental project, garnered the Green Building- Excellence in Property Management - Mid to High-Rise Apartments/ Built After 2010 award. The project was also a finalist in the curb appeal category.
"It's an honor to be recognized by NJAA for creating a vital development that fills a need for new apartment rentals in our community," said Ed Walters, Jr., president and founder. NJAA celebrated the achievements of apartment industry leaders across the state, presenting 165 awards to members, member properties and associate members at the annual gala event held at the Hilton East Brunswick, NJ. This year's nominations were open in 40 categories to all NJAA members including individuals and properties that showcased industry excellence.
Stafford Preserve is part of the Stafford Park redevelopment located in Stafford Township at Exit 63 of the Garden State Parkway. When completed the multi-phased project will consist of 216 residences in 18 buildings.
