Atlantic City, NJ (1888PressRelease) August 21, 2012 - Walters Homes, a residential real estate developer, has broken ground on Laurel Oaks, a new affordable apartment community in Barnegat, N.J. Situated between Barnegat Blvd. and Rose Hill Road, the mid-rise multi-family project will feature 94 apartment homes in four buildings. The income-restricted housing project is slated to open in the summer of 2013.

These new apartments will have much to offer the community in its features and amenities. The property will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, a tot-lot playground, basketball court, clubhouse with fitness center, on-site parking, and 24-hour on-site management and maintenance.
