VR Business Brokers Awards Omar Garcia 2011 Most Valuable Intermediary
VR Business Brokers most prestigious accolade, the Most Valuable Intermediary (MVI) award was instituted in 2005 for outstanding performance and leadership.
- Fort Lauderdale, FL (1888PressRelease) February 09, 2012 - After a highly successful year, Omar Garcia, Owner of the VR office in San Antonio, Texas, has been named the recipient for 2011. He joins an elite group inside VR, which includes previous winners Jay Offerdahl, Steve Abdalla, Scot Cockroft, William Park (x. 2) and Steve Fischer.

Omar brought a wealth of experience to VR from his background as V.P. of Marketing for North America for Cadbury Schweppes, Senior Brand Manager for Tecate, Carta Blanca and Bohemia as well as in the Strategic Planning Department of FEMSA.
Since opening his VR office in May 2009, Omar has strategically built a strong team of sales professionals with a cohesive vision and shared values that today consist of Javier Luna, Carlos Guevara, Mike Garcia, John Smalls and Joel Buckley. Through an extensive marketing campaign, they built a large stable of business listings to where they were able to start attracting qualified buyers. After facilitating a few deals in both 2009 and 2010, Omar and his office enjoyed a tremendous break through with 19 transactions in 2011.
