Vizocom Hosts Clients / Partners Meet In Dubai
Vizocom's first Client/Partner meet, held in Dubai at The Palace on 8th May 2014 was successful with very active participation from its clients in Iraq.
- (1888PressRelease) May 25, 2014 - Dubai, UAE - Exxonmobil, Petronas, Petrochina, Oilserv, INCO, Nabors, Orascom, Prekons, Almansoori Group, Ecolog, PAE, Specialist Group, Weir, MANDUSC, Halliburton, PAE, Enlink, Al Gurg Group, Supreme Group, TWI and Moveone INC were among the participants of this event .
The event was organized by Vizocom, in close support of its key partners Cisco, Airbus and Inmarsat, to showcase their combined capabilities and to present new and more powerful and comprehensive ICT solutions and services to those clients with active interest in Iraqi O&G market. Airbus, Inmarsat, and Cisco presented their solution offerings for O&G companies in Iraq. Many of the participants expressed their appreciation for the efforts and thanked for the information disseminated in the event which will help them make better decisions for their projects in Iraq.
Mr. Chris Midkiff, Cisco's GM for Iraq was the keynote speaker who talked about Cisco's role in the fast growing economy in the Middle East. Cisco asserted that they will continue to play an important role in Iraq with better support to their partners and clients. Cisco has forecasted more than $100M business from Iraq in 2014 with reports that Iraq economy to grow by 15% year to year growth.
Vizocom also organized an open house and Q/A session with the representatives from Cisco, Airbus, Inmarsat, and Vizocom. It was quite an interactive session where part of the discussion was the challenges all faced to fulfil their business needs. This gave the participants a clear picture on the solutions within their reach and provided an opportunity to meet our key partners as we continue to strive in finding ways in addressing IT and communications requirements for Iraq as a whole.
We believe it was a very successful event for our clients and we look forward to organize many more.
