The retreat's theme was moving from a very good to great company, and activities on the agenda included creative brainstorming, team building exercises, culture discussions and lots of collaboration. These summits, which are intense and goal-oriented, occur every fall and spring at offsite destinations. This fall's summit was held at The Proximity, a LEED platinum certified hotel in Greensboro, N.C., and all expenses were covered by the company.
