Vision Real Estate Partners Announces Two Strategic Leadership Hires
Eberle to Head Leasing, Gatje to Direct Property Management.

Christine Eberle and Charles Gatje have joined the Mountain Lakes-based, full-service real estate owner/operator as directors of leasing and property management, respectively.
Vision Real Estate Partners specializes in development, property management, asset management and construction. The company currently owns and manages more than 5 million square feet of space in northern and central New Jersey. The firm has an additional 700,000 square feet in the immediate pipeline, along with over 150 acres of land parcels available for mixed-use and build-to-suit opportunities. The Vision Management platform oversees management, financial reporting and overall operational supervision for the entire portfolio, including company-owned assets and those the firm operates on behalf of multiple strategic partnerships.

Eberle brings more than 15 years of industry experience to her new position, in which she oversees leasing for the entire Vision Real Estate Partners portfolio. She previously served as a landlord representative with Cushman & Wakefield in New Jersey, including several leasing agency assignments for Vision Real Estate Partners. Her ownership and services experience also include past positions with Colliers International, NPV/Direct Invest and Grubb & Ellis. She attended Rutgers Business School and is a veteran of the United States military.

Gatje leads Vision Real Estate Partners’ property management team, assists in the underwriting and onboarding of new acquisitions, and provides operational and financial oversight for the Vision Management division. Prior to joining Vision, Gatje for the past 10 years was part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington, D.C., property management division, where he performed operational, financial, and construction oversight on behalf of various clients for large commercial office properties throughout D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Gatje holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University.
