Virginia HIMA Partners with Libman Education to Offer Members ICD-10 Training Courses

- (1888PressRelease) April 24, 2014 - BEDFORD MASSACHUSETTS - The Virginia Health Information Management Association (VHIMA) - a Component State Association of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) - has partnered with Libman Education to help members prepare for the upcoming ICD-10 transition.
As a Libman Education affiliate partner, VHIMA has access to several ICD-10 training tools to offer members, including courses, assessments, and learning aids. Course topics include anatomy and physiology, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, ICD-10 for post acute care, and ICD-10 for clinicians. In addition, affiliates can offer courses in credential exam preparation, home health coding, and HIPAA.
To maximize training flexibility, all courses are online and self-paced, and include a one-year unlimited access.
