  • Philadelphia, PA-NJ (1888PressRelease) August 01, 2014 - Bruce Paparone, welcomed community leaders and local business owners to a VIP Grand Opening at his newest upscale community, Fox Hunt, in Clarksboro, East Greenwich Township, New Jersey. Mr. Paparone explained "We thought it was a great idea to put together a networking event for the local business people and township leaders to come together for the opening of our Fox Hunt community. In the past six years there has been very little investment into developing new communities. Our investment in developing a new home community and bringing construction jobs to East Greenwich shows how much we think of the area in general."

The event was well attended by local business owners who are excited that 40 new families will be moving into the area and supporting their businesses.

Also in attendance was the Deputy Mayor of East Greenwich Township, James Philbin, Jr. He is proud of the sense of community, which was made obvious by the friendly interaction of the evenings attendees. Deputy Mayor Philbin is also very positive about the direction in which East Greenwich is headed and what the community has to offer new families moving into the area. Local residents are extremely pleased with the school systems both at the elementary level and the highly regarded Kingsway Middle and High Schools.

The site on which Fox Hunt is being developed is located on Whiskey Mill Road just off Kings Highway and Berkely Road. In attendance were The Botto family who owned the property that Fox Hunt occupies. The Botto's are well known in the area for both their restaurant in nearby Swedesboro and their sausage manufacturing plant in Clarksboro. They were instrumental in getting the land approved for construction to take place.

The evening's guests were amongst the first to see Paparone's brand new, decorated Baldwin model which is now open daily from 11am to 5pm.

Bruce Paparone, Inc. New Homes is known throughout the region for building high quality homes backed by unbeatable customer care.

The Fox Hunt community was named for the nearby Death of the Fox Inn. Built in 1727, the tavern still exists as a residence just around the corner on Kings Highway and served as a regular meeting place for the Gloucester Fox Hunting club between 1766 and 1818. Here you will be tucked away in a private wooded enclave that gives the distinct feeling of being removed from the hustle and bustle of daily life while being located just a short drive from Exit 18 of Route 295.

Pricing at Fox Hunt starts at $349,900 with new homes ranging in size from 2,700 to 3,600 square feet of living space. The company offers additional new homes communities throughout Gloucester County, New Jersey.
