Vincent Associates is consistently seeking new ways to provide a better online experience for their customers. Customer recommendations and requests led the team to reassess the current site and make necessary enhancements and updates. From a functionality standpoint, an important new feature is the online ordering process. Vincent Associates has temporarily removed the online shopping cart feature and has replaced all "Submit" buttons with an "Add to Queue" button. The new online order process allows for customers to set up accounts and add desired products into a queue that is submitted to a local sales representative. The sales representative will contact each customer to personally review the order and to answer any product questions or concerns. Vincent Associates goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction so adding this touch point to the process provides every customer with a personalized online experience.
