Vince Provenzano named Director of Brokerage Services for Pacific Coast Commercial Real Estate
The San Diego based brokerage company, Pacific Coast Commercial, has named Vince Provenzano as Director of Brokerage Services.
- San Diego, CA (1888PressRelease) August 27, 2011 - Vince specializes in business relationships involving the disposition and acquisition of most San Diego commercial property types. Recently he was the lead broker on the sale of an $11 million dollar, 51 unit apartment complex in Carlsbad, a foreclosure asset owned by OneWest Bank. Additionally, Provenzano was instrumental in the leasing of a 17,762 square foot mixed-use warehouse building on State Street in the "Little Italy" area of downtown.
