Clearwater, Florida - On August 27th 2016 Opera Singer Susanne Epple, performs for the first time at the Scientology Information Center in Downtown Clearwater, from 6-8pm. Light Refreshments will be served. All are welcome.
- (1888PressRelease) July 14, 2016 - Originally from Vienna, Austria, Susanne Epple has made Clearwater her home for 25 years. She will be performing a popular selection of opera songs in Italian, German, French and Czech. She will be accompanied on the piano by Ms. Rosalia Maresca, a retired opera singer who teaches voice at Ruth Eckerd Hall. There is no cost to attend.
"I want to inspire people to reach for their goals, and be competent at whatever they do. I think art and music is a great way to demonstrate that," said Susanne. "This event is in honor of The Way to Happiness (a non-religious, non political moral code based on common sense written by L. Ron Hubbard). One of the precepts from the book, 'Be competent', is a mantra for anyone who wants to master their craft."
According to greensboroopera.org, "Opera, Italian for 'work,' is over 400 years old. History, mythology, fairy tales, folk stories, literature, and drama have inspired composers for centuries."
The Way to Happiness is featured in one of the four interactive audio/visual displays in the Information Center allowing visitors to learn more about the scope and use of the educational material in society.
