Vidyo Appoints Steve Lehman as General Counsel
Vidyo, Inc., today announced that Steve Lehman has joined Vidyo as the company's General Counsel reporting to CEO Ofer Shapiro. Mr. Lehman brings over 20 years of multinational legal experience to Vidyo and will be responsible for worldwide legal affairs and compliance activities.

Before joining Vidyo, Mr. Lehman served as senior vice president and chief corporate/M&A counsel for the global Financial & Risk division of Thomson Reuters Corporation. During his time at Thomson Reuters and its predecessor Reuters, he was involved in a number of major transformational transactions, including the combination of The Thomson Corporation and Reuters Group PLC in 2007-2008.
Prior to joining Reuters, Mr. Lehman was a corporate attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett law firm in New York where his practice included minority and venture capital investments, joint ventures/strategic alliances, M&A, public offerings, credit facilities, and general corporate advice and representation. Previous to that, he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable John S. Martin, Jr., US District Court in the Southern District of New York.
