Video Interview category creator, GreenJobInterview, Prepares for Rapid Growth
Online Video Interviewing Leader Taps Jim Philip, Curtis Marks for Board of Directors and Appoints New President Ryan Mulholland.
- (1888PressRelease) April 21, 2015 - Costa, Mesa, Calif. - GreenJobInterview, a video interviewing platform and pioneer in the HR Technology industry, announced today the creation of an independent board of directors including: Jim Philip, former President of Vurv, Curtis Marks, former CEO of Verifications Inc, and announced a new President for the company, Ryan Mulholland, former CEO of Fetch.
"We're excited to appoint this new board, which will consist of Greg Rokos as the Chairman of the Board, Curtis, Jim and me," said Theo Rokos, CEO of the interviewing software platform. "Ryan's expertise and experience will transform the operations of the company and accelerate our growth. Greg and I will grow our strategic partnerships in the HR Technology market, creating new opportunities and integrations that will change the talent acquisition software landscape."
"I'm thrilled to be leading the incredible growth we have planned for GreenJobInterview," said Mulholland. "Online interviewing is a growing trend in the enterprise and GreenJobInterview is the leader in helping Fortune 1000 companies accelerate hiring and lower interviewing costs. In the next 3-5 years, all companies will be interviewing online and GreenJobInterview is poised to be the face of that market."
Mulholland refers to the wide variety of GreenJobInterview clients, such as food and beverage giant PepsiCo, retail leaders like Wal-Mart and The Home Depot, and renowned health care system The Mayo Clinic.
"This is the most exciting announcement since we launched our platform in 2008. The additions to our team reflect the maturing of the online interviewing market and the unprecedented opportunity that exists for GreenJobInterview," said Greg Rokos, who will be the technology company's Chief Strategy Officer moving forward, "Over the last 6 years there has been a shift from our clients using our platform in small pockets or divisions within their organization to clients asking us to take a strategic look at their overall applicant screening and interviewing process and craft a custom solution that includes best of breed technology, services and support that will deliver value across the entire enterprise."
The addition of HR Technology heavy hitters like Jim Philip and Curtis Marks is meant to underscore the company's commitment to the HR Technology space. Philip was the head of Vurv, acquired by Applicant Tracking giant Taleo, and has been a key part of this shift, according to Greg Rokos. Marks is also a veteran of the space, leading his former company Verifications Inc., a background check company to a successful acquisition by First Advantage.
"I am very enthusiastic about being a part of the newly formed board of directors. I believe GreenJobInterview is already well-positioned in a very high growth and high demand market place. With the latest expansion of their Board and Senior Management Team I am confident in the company's ability to continue to make significant impact in this emerging market," said Marks.
Philip, a partner and co-founder at Harbor View Advisors, agreed:
"We have been very impressed with GJI's management team, technology and strong culture of service and innovation," said Philip. "It is easy to see the tremendous value that video interviewing has to both large and small organizations, and we believe the industry is poised for rapid growth. GreenJobInterview's technology and service levels have made it a clear market leader, and we look forward to participating in its future growth and success."
