She is the owner and CEO at Constantia Grant Professionals, LLC - an independent consulting firm offering strategic development, coalition building and cause marketing services including all phases of the grant acquisition process. Veronica is the Director of Development, Dallas Cityscape at Toyscapes. She is the Vice President of Development, Partner and in Board of Directors at Health Equity and Access Technologies (H.E.A.T.). She is also the Director of Grants and Development at Association of Black Cardiologists.
In the interview Veronica explained that H.E.A.T proactively address health disparities through mechanism and tools that are education-anchored, multi-pronged, evidence-based, innovative, aggressive, collaborative, culturally sensitive and ethically responsible.
She said that It is an unfortunate reality that health disparities will continue to exist in all areas of life. She said that HIV, AIDS and Cholera remained the biggest health threats in the world today. To a question, Veronica said that her company, Constantia Grant Professionals, LLC, focuses on educational initiatives that includes professional medical education, community education, youth education and early childhood education.
