Verent Capital celebrates Christmas with charity event for under-privileged families
Verent Capital of Hong Kong on Saturday invited under-privileged families at its headquarters in Kowloon, Hong Kong to a fun packed day of entertainment to celebrate Christmas.
- (1888PressRelease) December 21, 2016 - HONG KONG - The families enjoyed a festive turkey lunch with games and prizes. The children, though from under-privileged families, were guided to live positively and to help others.
Verent Capital also staged a talent show and the evening was rounded off by a chocolate fondue fountain with strawberries and marshmallows and Christmas crackers.
Verent Capital's staff successfully raised funds within various departments to sponsor prizes and also contributed HK$1million to a charity for under-privileged children.
Verent Capital's Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bruce Vermont commented on the charity event saying "We are working together with various organisations, working to protect the welfare of our most precious gift, which is our children. Verent Capital is honoured to contribute to these essential charities to help under-privileged families and to help develop the next generation."
Verent Capital's Chief Executive Officer also went on to say "A lot has happened this year, some things good and also bad, but it is an honour to continue to do our bit for the community. To see the happy faces of all the families that turned up here today, and to see the look on the faces of those children was truly priceless.
