Verde Media Group Inc., under direction from new Vice President, has taken steps to reduce long-term liabilities and grow its Agency Division.
- Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) June 21, 2013 - Led by new Vice President, Adam DesLauriers, Verde Media Group Inc. (Pinksheets: VMGI) has transferred ownership of Beyond Race Magazine (BRM) and Beyondrace.com to its editor-in-chief.
The decision has been made to sub-contract future music needs on a per-project basis. Furthermore, the company has initially decreased its long-term liabilities by $20,000.00.
Vice President, Adam DesLauriers stated, "Consistent with our increased focus on finance strategy, agency communications, and media production and distribution, we've decided to direct our resources more pointedly."
