  • Salinas, CA (1888PressRelease) September 02, 2013 - Vendange Carmel Inn and Suites has partnered with 13 local Monterey County wineries to create a unique guest experience celebrating the bounty of Monterey County's vineyards. Each winery sponsors one room or suite, providing its own creative touches. From the McIntyre Vineyards room with its impressive 100-year-old section of grapevine to J. Lohr's plush bathrobes, every winery's room offers a signature luxury experience.

    The Inn offers breakfast daily and wine tasting on the weekends. Wines that are typically available only in partner wineries' tasting rooms are also available to guests for purchase. Guests can relax with a glass of wine around the inviting firepit in the garden and enjoy live music.

    In honor of September being California Wine Month, Vendange Inn and Suites in Carmel is offering a special Sip, SAVOR and Get Uncorked package. When booking the Sip, SAVOR and Get Uncorked package guests will enjoy a SAVOR passport from Carmel Valley's East End Wine Row redeemable any day of September. Visit the tasting rooms of Chesebro Wines, Cima Collina, Dawn's Dream Winery, Holman Ranch, Joyce Vineyards or Parsonage Family Winery, all located on the east end of the village at 19 E. Carmel Valley Road, and stamp your passport to great fun and delicious wine.

    With your six-winery passport, you choose which wineries to visit on East End Wine Row, and when you want to visit. Included in your Passport are three tastings per winery, and a souvenir logoed wine glass. The offer is valid any day of the week Sept. 1 through Sept. 30 only.

    Guests MUST bring the provided SAVOR East End Wine Row Passport and souvenir wine glass to each winery in order to taste. Wineries do not provide glassware for this event.
