(Pink Sheets: VGPR) announced today that it recently agreed to a reverse merger transaction with Industry Source Consulting, LLC. The Company has filed the necessary documentation with the Secretary of State and FINRA to formerly change the name of the Company and secure a new trading symbol. Subsequent to closing the transaction, Industry Source Consulting will take control of the Company. Additional details of the transaction will be announced once the transaction is completed.

Industry Source Consulting is a turn-key facilities management company specializing in managing legal cannabis businesses in the United States and Canada.
