VE Employees invited abroad by foreign clients
VirtualEmployee.com is slowly but surely emerging as the leading one-stop destination for big and small foreign businesses and enterprises looking to outsource their non-core tasks to the low-cost, but highly expert talent pool of India.
- (1888PressRelease) May 29, 2011 - In just three years, the unique VirtualEmployee.com business model has not just established itself as the obvious first choice for any outsourcing work, but has also managed to get global recognition for its hard-working and extremely qualified workforce.
Three of VirtualEmployee.com's employees have been invited by their foreign clients, residing on three different continents, to come and work onsite in their country. One employee is flying to USA next week Monday to work with his client onsite, after which he'll go to China as well. Another employee is visiting the UK to work with his client onsite while the third one is off to Amsterdam, Holland shortly.
All expenses have been borne by the three respective clients and their organisations.
This is a great moment for VirtualEmployee.com - a red-letter day of sorts - and, hopefully, more of this will be seen in years to come!
Ultimately, this is what VE is all about - creating great unique experiences for its employees. It is a befitting testimony, not only to India's enormously talented work force, but also to VirtualEmployee.com for creating the opportunity.
VirtualEmployee.com can be compared favourably with the average MNC that provides a fantastic work culture for its employees, opening doors to wonderful opportunities for personal growth and expansion and exposure to a new and varied foreign work ethos. Truly living up to its mission of creating a talented workforce that has a global appeal and demand.
VirtualEmployee.com's employees work for a wide spectrum of clients, spread across the globe. The fact that the client is willing to factor in the extra cost of having a Virtual Employee flown in to his country, make arrangements for his stay and take care of other logistics, speaks volumes for the kind of trust and comfort level that has developed between the outsourcing service provider and its client living continents away.
VirtualEmployee.com has captured a niche in the outsourcing market by catering to the needs of a growing segment of small and medium-sized businesses who are looking for more than just the average freelancer. Although the first and instinctive choice is a freelancer, in the long run, it has been proved that a dedicated, full-time Virtual Employee easily scores above the former in almost every aspect. And a freelancer can obviously never hope to be invited to his overseas client's country of residence. It may happen, of course, but it is very doubtful.
Each Virtual Employee is assigned to a particular client, based on the latter's requirements and job profile. Each employee is engaged on a long-term project and is dedicated to one client, and one client alone. Not surprisingly, this results in a greater amount of interaction between the client and the employee, with the former willing to take the working relationship to the next level by inviting his hard-working virtual employee to his country, if need be.
Today, three of Virtual Employee.com's talented and thoroughly professional employees have already set the precedent. It is only a matter of time, before many more follow.
